We respond to support requests within two business days. Include the tool you were using (for example, Listing Description or Investment Analysis), the prompt you sent, and a description of what happened.

2. What the App Does

Nashville Real Estate AI generates real estate content inside ChatGPT: listing descriptions, client emails, market updates, neighborhood spotlights, investment analyses, objection responses, open house follow-ups, and social content calendars. You supply the property or client details; the app returns a draft you review and edit before use.

3. Common Questions

A tool returned an error or no result. Start a new ChatGPT conversation and try again with the required details (property address, price, or client name as the tool asks). If the problem repeats, email us with the exact prompt.

The content needs changes. Ask ChatGPT to revise the draft, or re-run the tool with more specific inputs. All generated content is a draft and must be reviewed by the agent before publication.

Fair Housing. Generated content must comply with the Fair Housing Act. Review every draft for language that indicates a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected class.
